Stacy Hammond

I am a graduate of J.B. Pennington High School, University of Alabama at Birmingham, and University of West Alabama. I taught First and Second grades before I became a school counselor. I love helping kids. When I'm not at school, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. 

Mission Statement

The mission of the Blountsville Elementary School Comprehensive Counseling program is to prepare students socially, academically, and emotionally for present and future challenges.  Through group counseling classes students will learn skills to be responsible citizens.
